Not able to interact with the buttons although the gaze pointer script is attached to the buttons but not able to interacting?

I am facing an issue using the TechXR SDK I am not able to interact with the buttons although the gaze pointer script is attached to the buttons I can point the button with the cube but am not able to interact with it.

Rotate your cube so that your ray points towards the canvas(with buttons) direction and try to hit any button.
