How to recover a deleted folder from asset?

I made a game in. unity and then decided I didn't want it and wanted to delete it. instead, I accidentally deleted a different game. how do I recover the game I accidentally deleted?

1. RightClick in the project window, go to Show in explorer → assets → right click here in the asset folder, go to Undo delete. This adds the deleted folder to your project.

2. It may be possible to do this by opening the recycle bin and selecting the folder you wish to restore.
