Tell me how to go back to my old sample screen?

Question

When I download an asset after importing it if I click on sample screen then a new screen appears please tell me how to go back to my old sample screen

I have also deleted the last import but  my previous screen is not coming in which I build buttons and other things

It looks like you have removed assets from projects, now remove(delete) the game objects from the hierarchy (all the red-coloured game objects in the hierarchy).

In project window, there is an option to Search by type. Then go to the scene there will be some scenes select yours(Scene).
